Kyle Cooke is seeing West Wilson’s past flirtatious interactions with his estranged wife, Amanda Batula, in a whole different light after the pair confirmed their friendship turned romantic.
“Looking back, there’s a lot of us that look at his body language and how touchy and handsy he is with her,” Kyle, 43, told Adam Glynn in a TikTok shared on Wednesday, April 1. “And I kinda just gave him a little bit of a hall pass, [saying], ‘Oh, it’s West.’”
Kyle — who was married to Amanda, 34, for four years before their January split — added that after watching West, 31, on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and his Summer House confessionals, he is seeing what he thought was forgivable behavior in a new light.
“I cannot believe that he went there,” Kyle said of West’s decision to ultimately date is ex, who defended Amanda during Summer House season 10 following an argument between her and Kyle after the Loverboy founder called his then-wife a “f***ing dumbass bitch.”
During the Tuesday, March 31, episode, West told Kyle that he and Jesse Solomon were his “friends” and they had his “back” after Kyle went off on Amanda one week prior for seemingly prioritizing time with everyone else in the house over him.
“Talk to us and we will talk to you. Just don’t take it out on Amanda,” West told Kyle during the episode. “Just say sorry, please. Say sorry and then just go to bed. Don’t justify it to her. Try that.”
Hours before the Tuesday episode aired, West and Amanda released a statement via their Instagram Stories saying that they are dating after weeks of speculation, noting that their romantic relationship was the “last thing” the pair “expected” to happen.

Kyle, meanwhile, revealed during Tuesday’s episode that if West and Jesse, 32, were really his friends they could have told Amanda, “‘Hey, while you’re giving us all the attention and we’re flirting and we’re playing games,’ maybe, just maybe, at one point in the last point they could have been like, ‘Just give your husband a little attention.’”
In addition to West showing support for Amanda over Kyle while filming, fans have noticed that West was even more touchy-feely than usual with her during season 10, which filmed in summer 2025.
Kyle, for his part, revealed on Wednesday that he is now seeing things through a different lens after West and Amanda confirmed on Tuesday that their “feelings evolved” from friendship into something more in recent months.
“West seems to be the kinda guy playing multiple women at the same time,” Kyle claimed.
He noted that while Amanda gave him a heads up about the statement she and West issued, West just sent him “half-assed text.” Kyle described the message as “word salad.”

Kyle shared on Wednesday that he is “worried” about his estranged wife because she is allegedly being cyber bullied in the wake of her confirmed relationship, while West is getting more followers amid the scandal.
“Most of our audience, most of our followers are women. Amanda deals with mental health issues,” he said. “Before cyber bullying her and giving West the follow, maybe think twice.”
Kyle confessed he is “still trying to figure out the details” about how Amanda and West’s friendship turned into a romance.
“I can imagine West is using the same charm that he’s used on every other chick,” Kyle added, seemingly referring to West’s past romance with housemate Ciara Miller, one of Amanda’s best friends before the scandal.
“It’s a mental mindf*** for me because there’s still so much that we’re watching from the summer,”Kyle said, adding that now he is second guessing everything.
Summer House airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
