A bromance for the ages! The British actors shared a laugh and a smooch after reuniting at the Star Trek: Picard premiere in London in January 2020. The two friends have known each other for five decades, having first met in the ‘70s. They’ve starred in numerous projects together, including the X-Men franchise and various plays, throughout their friendship — McKellen even officiated Stewart’s 2013 wedding.
The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood costars have known each other for years, but working on the Oscar-nominated film really brought their bromance to the forefront. During his 2020 Golden Globes’ acceptance speech for Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture, Pitt showed DiCaprio some love, calling him his “partner in crime.” He then gushed about “LDC” in his January 2020 speech, saying that “he’s an all-star. He’s a gent. I wouldn’t be here without you man.” He added: “I thank you, still,” before joking about his costar’s role in Titanic saying, “I would have shared the raft.”

First becoming friendly with Maguire when they'd run into one another at auditions in the '80s, DiCaprio told Yahoo! his BFF was a big reason he appeared in 2013's The Great Gatsby. "Venturing into a film of this magnitude and trying to adapt such a respected, celebrated novel like 'The Great Gatsby' wouldn't have been easy if I didn't have a trusted ally like Tobey," DiCaprio said. "I don't know if I would've as easily dove into this experience if it weren't for him."
"All I have to say is, it's true: I have a man crush on Adam," Shelton told MTV of his fellow coach on NBC's The Voice, with whom he often engages in a bit of playful ribbing on TV. "It blows me away people can pick up on that just by watching that on television. … Can you honestly tell me that you don't have a little bit of a crush on Adam? He's sexy!"
Jonas, who performed alongside Stamos in 2011's Hollywood Bowl production of Hairspray, still turns to the former Full House alum for acting advice. "It's a cool older-brother type vibe in that sense. He's everybody's Uncle Jesse," Jonas told MTV, adding that their bromance is "dynamite."
Reuniting on the 2014 awards show circuit months after wrapping AMC's Breaking Bad, the actors intend to remain friends for years to come. "We knew from day one that these friendships weren't gonna die when the show died," said Paul, who played Jesse to Cranston's Walt on the smash drama. "This show is definitely gonna live on, I think, forever, and our friendships will definitely live on forever as well."
Though he's appeared in over a dozen Sandler projects, Schneider told Access Atlanta that 2010's Grown Ups was the last flick he'd do with his BFF. "I love Adam. He's a wonderfully sneaky film maker. He's a craftsman," Schneider said of his longtime pal. "It's comedy that never gets the credit it deserves. I've done all I can do with him. I am going to venture off on my own."
Brothers-in-law in addition to BFFs, the actors teamed up in 2009 to film I'm Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix, which was later confirmed to be a mockumentary by its filmmakers. For his part, Phoenix tells Interview magazine that keeping such a secret under wraps almost cost the men their friendship. "It was really hard working with someone who is that good of a friend," Phoenix has said. Affleck, however, was hardly miffed. "It's a terrific performance, it's the performance of his career," Affleck told The New York Times.
Clooney has high praise for his longtime pal Pitt. "He's bigger than me, bigger than [Clooney's basketball buddy Leo] DiCaprio. And I really admire how he deals with that. It's not easy for him," Clooney — who loves to playfully pull pranks on his BFF — has said. "But he tries to be the most honest version of Brad Pitt that he can be."
Pals since they met on the set of TV's Freaks and Geeks, the actors have collaborated on the big screen in films including This Is the End and Pineapple Express. In 2013, the duo hilariously spoofed Kanye West's Bound 2 music video, poking fun at rapper West's elaborate scenes with fiancee Kim Kardashian. The couple's take on Rogen & Franco's efforts? "You nailed it!" Kardashian tweeted.
Both calling Boston home, Affleck and Damon took their bond to the big screen in 1997 when they cowrote and starred in Good Will Hunting. "Ben is half of one of the greatest love stories ever told — not with me," Affleck's ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, once joked. "They're the actual prototype for the great Hollywood bromance: Matt and Ben, Ben and Matt."
One of the pop phenom's biggest Beliebers is none other than the Fresh Prince himself, who serves as a mentor to the singer. The two talk on the phone weekly to discuss any "potential issues, emotional or otherwise," Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, told The Hollywood Reporter. Braun has also discussed Bieber's rebellious behavior with Smith. "[Will's] telling me: 'Justin's got to go through it. You can't stop him from going through it. That's youth in itself," Braun explained.
Costars of MTV's The Hills: New Beginnings, Jenner and Delgado previously reunited on the music channel in 2009 when looking to expand their bro circle on Bromance, a competition reality show which featured men vying the chance to hang with Jenner, Delgado and their entourage.
Identical twins who formed the band Good Charlotte, the Madden bros spent quite a bit of time together during their teen years — out of necessity. "We definitely weren't going on a lot of dates," Benji told MTV's When I Was 17. "[We were] awkward. Basically just like we are now, but a little shorter and a little chubbier."
