Isabel Mohan is a freelance journalist from England who joined Us in June 2024 as a Senior Features Writer — but actually hasn’t stopped writing since her early teens, when she had over 100 penpals and a music fanzine called Magic Baby. She started her journalism career in 2003 at the UK’s era-defining celebrity magazine, Heat, and has since worked as a writer and editor on titles including The Telegraph, Stylist and Grazia. She enjoys writing features, opinion pieces, live blogs, first person overshares and random funny stuff on entertainment, parenting, health and fitness. If she can bring Dawson’s Creek or any other 90s/00s nostalgia into it, she will. She also publishes a popular newsletter, Keep It Up Fatty!, about her own unlikely running and body image journey, and is a published author of a parenting book too (but her two kids don’t believe her.).
