Hailey Bieber, Dakota Johnson, Keke Palmer and more stars looked their finest at the 2026 Time100 Gala. For the event, which was held at Lincoln Center in New York City on Thursday, April 23, Bieber stunned in a semi-sheer blue lace dress featuring a balconette top and a fitted skirt. She made her look even more timeless with diamond jewelry. Palmer also commanded attention in a back corset dress finished with a fuzzy skirt.
