Nikki Glaser

Nikki Glaser is an American comedian, actress and television host. Glaser spent her childhood in St. Louis, Missouri, before attending the University of Colorado Boulder and later transferring to the University of Kansas. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English literature in 2006. During her collegiate career she began performing stand-up comedy, developing the unfiltered style that would later catapult her into superstardom.

Glaser got her start in comedy clubs before gaining national attention with appearances on shows like Last Comic Standing and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Her breakout moment came as the cohost of MTV’s Nikki & Sara Live in 2013, which introduced her to a wider audience. She continued to build her profile through stand-up specials and high-profile appearances, including so-called comedy “roasts” alongside A-list celebrities such as Alec Baldwin and Tom Brady.

Her credits include comedy specials like Bangin’ (2019) and Good Clean Filth (2022), as well as hosting roles on FBoy Island and Not Safe with Nikki Glaser. She is also known for her podcast work and radio hosting, where she discusses relationships, pop culture and personal experiences. The comedian made her Golden Globes hosting debut in 2025.

Glaser has been in an on-again, off-again long term relationship with producer Chris Convy for over a decade.
