Summer House fans have been part of Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula’s relationship from the very beginning — but it’s their costars who’ve had front-row seats to their ups and downs.
After Kyle and Amanda announced their split on January 19 following four years of marriage, their costars were quick to back them both as they navigated their new normal.
“It’s not a team anybody,” Ciara Miller exclusively told Luxury Handbag Shopping on January 29 at Clarins’ Sugar & Shine Galentine’s Affair in Los Angeles.
Carl Radke, who was the best man in Kyle and Amanda’s September 2021 wedding, noted during the January 30 episode of the “Chicks in the Office” podcast that he loves them both “to death” and is “sending love and support their way.”
Kyle and Amanda, meanwhile, have been doing press together for Summer House season 10 following their breakup announcement and are seemingly on good terms.
“We’re good. We talk all the time,” Amanda said during Radio Andy’s “Summer House Front Row” cast special that aired on January 28. “We’re both traveling. I’m watching the dogs, he’s watching the dogs. We’re coparenting the dogs together.”

Carl Radke
Carl Radke opened up about his feelings after Kyle and Amanda’s split during the January 30 episode of the “Chicks in the Office” podcast. “I officiated the wedding. I was his best man. I love them to death. I wish Amanda all the best. I’m still very close to them,” he shared. “It’s been hard watching two people you love dearly go through it like you guys [the viewers] have watched it the last few years. I’m sending love and support their way.”
The Soft Bar owner recalled taking “a lot of pride in trying to unite them,” so now that Kyle and Amanda have parted ways, he’s “just trying to be supportive.”
A few days later, Carl got real about how his costars are handling the split — and what he thinks they can expect next.
“I’ve been through a lot of ups and downs with them. So, it was sad,” Carl told The Daily Dish in an interview published on February 2. “But it’s not my relationship, and I wanted what’s best for them, and I know they’ve been going through a lot.”
Carl noted that after his public breakup from ex-fiancée Lindsay Hubbard in 2023, his heart goes out, “especially to Amanda,” for all that comes with that kind of split.
“It’s not easy at all. I’ve certainly been through a breakup myself, but that was very different. I’ve just been trying to be supportive of them,” he explained. “I was with the both of them [recently], and the vibes were positive. They’re doing the best they can. So, please send them support; they need it. We’re rallying around the both of them, but I know over the next few months’ time, it’s not gonna get any easier.”

“I feel like everyone just wants both Kyle and Amanda to be happy,” Ciara Miller exclusively told Us at Clarins’ Sugar & Shine Galentine’s Affair in Los Angeles on January 29. “And that’s ultimately, like, we want to support both of them in the best ways that we can.”
The model teased that “things are going to play out on TV,” but as far as the cast goes, they have been letting Kyle and Amanda “both know that they have our full support both ways.”
Ciara insisted “it’s not team anybody,” saying that the cast is working to “make it as peaceful as possible” for their friends.
“Whatever that looks like for them is what we want for them,” Ciara told Us, adding that Amanda is doing “great” after exiting the marriage.
West Wilson
“It’s a weird world because their relationship has been so public,” West Wilson said of Kyle and Amanda’s romance during the January 23 episode of the “Show Me Something” podcast. “But obviously, they should both be awarded privacy if that’s what they want.”
West noted that sometimes it feels like “people feel entitled to your personal business because they’ve watched you be public about everything,” which is not fair.
He explained that when it comes to his friends’ breakup, “My big thing would be to tell other people who are on the internet to be respectful.”
West added that the split might be the right choice for Kyle and Amanda, but it’s not easy for either of them. “Even if this is what’s best for them and it’s all going to be for the better, it is still objectively a hard thing to do,” he mused. “It is probably so f***ing exhausting. I can’t speak for them, but I am proud of them up until this point.”
