Katrina Law has filed for divorce from her husband, Keith Andreen, Luxury Handbag Shopping can confirm.
Law, 39, filed for a “dissolution of marriage” with the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles on Monday, August 11, according to court docs obtained by Us.
The actress, who shares one child with her estranged spouse, listed July 7 as their date of separation.
Law cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind her and Andreen’s split. She is asking the court to award joint legal custody — while requesting sole physical custody — of the pair’s daughter, Kinley, 6.
The NCIS star also requested that a judge terminate any spousal support for either party and that both she and Andreen cover the cost of their own attorney’s fees.
Law noted in the filing that the “exact nature and extent of any separate property assets and debts of either party are currently unknown,” and hopes the court will allow her to amend her petition once that information “has been ascertained.”
The same goes for Law and Andreen’s “community property and quasi-community property assets,” per the docs.
Law and Andreen tied the knot in January 2013 and have since kept the majority of their relationship out of the limelight. The former couple, who work in the entertainment industry, welcomed their only child in December 2018.
In August 2020, the Arrow alum shared a rare glimpse at her life with Andreen via Instagram. “Happy Birthday @keithandreen!!! Baby daddy extraordinaire 😎,” Law captioned a photo of her kissing her partner during an outdoor adventure.
The following year, Law shared photos taken by her spouse during a trip with their daughter to the desert. (Andreen is a director, writer, producer and photographer.)
“Battery almost full. Will be back soon. Sending love to you all and hoping for your good health and safety,” she wrote via Instagram in April 2021, tagging Andreen as the photographer.
Over the next few years, Law continued to post photos taken by Andreen from their travels around the globe. However, her recent pictures on social media have been related to the promotion of the upcoming season of NCIS.
Law has been playing Special Agent Jessica Knight on the CBS series since 2021. Last month, the cast began production on season 23, set to premiere this October.
