Beyonce's back — and ready to take over the planet.
The global superstar, 29, dropped the much-anticipated debut video off her upcoming fourth album on Wednesday's American Idol.
The clip for "Run the World (Girls)" re-imagines the diva in a nearly post-apocalyptic, tribal world. In the video, Beyonce rolls around in the dirt, struts before exploding cars and keeps two hyenas on chain-leashes.
Oh, and there's lots of larger-than-life, outre costumes — and plenty of sexy, spastic dancing that made Beyonce famous.
The singer also released the album cover art for the fourth album — appropriately titled 4 — which is slated for release June 28.
