Spring is only a few days away, and it’s time to take a look at some of Prime Video‘s upcoming programming.
From this early glimpse, it certainly appears that Prime Video’s TV series are more of a focus than the films, but more original movies may be announced.
In the meantime, Watch With Us has selected the five most-anticipated Prime Video movies and shows of spring 2026.
Prime Video’s upcoming slate is very action and comedy-heavy, and we’re here for it.
5. ‘Pretty Lethal’ (2026)
The John Wick franchise only put one Ballerina in the spotlight, while Pretty Lethal has five. This upcoming action comedy thriller follows a troupe of dancers who don’t seem to like each other that much. Regardless, Bones (Maddie Ziegler), Princess (Lana Condor), Zoe (Iris Apatow), Chloe (Millicent Simmonds) and Grace (Avantika) are going to have to stick together when they’re stranded in a remote part of Europe.
Former dancer Devora Kasimer (Uma Thurman) initially gives the girls a place to stay. But when Devora’s intentions turn out to be sinister, this dance troupe will have to turn their ballerina skills to lethal use.
Pretty Lethal is now streaming on Prime Video.
4. ‘Bait’ (2026)
Riz Ahmed is headlining the hit new comedy series Bait as Shah Latif, a British actor who hasn’t really had his big break yet. But somehow, the press picks up on the idea that Shah may be in the running to play the next James Bond. Since Amazon essentially owns James Bond, it can actually play with that premise.
However, Shah soon finds himself overwhelmed by the media attention and suffers an existential crisis. Is this going to be the role that defines him? Or will it be the experience that breaks him once and for all?
Bait is now streaming on Prime Video.
3. ‘Spider-Noir’ (2026)
This show has one of the easiest sells of all time: Nicolas Cage as Spider-Man Noir. Cage has previously voiced Spider-Man Noir in the animated Into the Spider-Verse, but due to agreements between Sony and Marvel, Ben Reilly (Cage) is a legally distinct character who just happens to look and talk like the one from the film.
That’s also why Spider-Noir is avoiding the words “Spider-Man” in the title. Regardless, you can expect to see Noir-ish versions of Spider-Man’s supporting cast and villains in this show. Prime Video is even taking things a step further by making a black-and-white version available to play up the noirish aspects.
Spider-Noir will stream on Prime Video on May 27.
2. ‘Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat’ (2026)
Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat is essentially Jury Duty season 2 minus the jury duty. Perhaps the producers thought that no one could be fooled the same way twice. Company Retreat follows a real guy named Anthony Norman as he steps into a scripted show without realizing that everyone around him is an actor.
Norman has been hired as a temp for a fake company called Rockin’ Grandma’s Hot Sauce, and he’ll get a front-row seat for the company’s annual retreat. The employees are facing an uncertain future as a potential buyout looms and the boss’ son seems woefully inadequate to follow in his father’s footsteps. Of course, Norman will do his best to help everyone else, even though all eyes are really on him.
Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat is now streaming on Prime Video.
1. ‘The Boys’ Season 5
Prime Video’s dark superhero satire is coming to an end. But before The Boys season 5 wraps everything up, Hughie (Jack Quaid), M.M. (Laz Alonso), Kimiko Miyashiro (Karen Fukuhara) and Serge (Tomer Capone) need someone to break them out of prison. Butcher (Karl Urban) has hung them out to dry, while Replica Luxury Handbaglander (Antony Starr) has the President in his back pocket and he has basically taken control of the nation.
Starlight (Erin Moriarty) is going to have her hands full fighting Replica Luxury Handbaglander and the Seven, but her former teammate, A-Train (Jessie T. Usher), has her back. And that means The Boys have a powerful ally heading into their final showdown.
The Boys season 5 will stream on Prime Video on April 8.
