A Los Angeles influencer and model is accused of targeting “wealthy older men and younger women” through dating apps as part of a scheme to steal from them, authorities said.

Adva Lavie, who is known professionally as Mia Ventura, was “held to answer” on Monday, March 23, to six felony charges filed against her in connection with the targeted burglaries, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced in a Tuesday, March 24, news release.

Lavie, 28, is facing two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information, two counts of grand theft, one count of first-degree residential burglary with person present and one count of first-degree residential burglary, according to prosecutors.

The next step in the case will be a jury trial, the district attorney’s office said.

“At her trial, we will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this defendant exploited trust built through online relationships to gain access to victims’ homes and steal from them,” Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman said in a statement.

“Her ability to deceptively influence others, whether in person or online, has now come to an end,” Hochman added. “Our office is committed to holding accountable anyone who uses deception and manipulation to prey on others.”

Lavie previously pleaded not guilty in the case, according to the district attorney’s office.

It was not immediately clear whether she had an attorney who could comment on her behalf.

Lavie is accused of burglarizing multiple men and women who lived in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills starting in 2023 and continuing through 2025, according to prosecutors.

She would encounter victims on dating apps and “cultivated relationships” with them before she allegedly stole from their homes, the district attorney’s office said.

Lavie would act as the victims’ girlfriend and as a “travel companion to gain access to victims’ homes and then [steal] cash, gold and high-end designer items,” according to prosecutors.

Lavie is an OnlyFans model whose photos have been published by Playboy and Penthouse magazines, KTLA reported.

In October, authorities previously accused her of targeting at least 10 men living in Malibu and Los Angeles County, according to the outlet.

Lavie must wear an ankle monitor while she is out of custody awaiting her next court appearance, which is set for April 6, according to prosecutors.

She “is ordered to stay away from the named victims,” the district attorney’s office said.

Lavie could face up to 11 years and eight months in prison if she is found guilty of all the charges against her, according to prosecutors.
