Julia Marnin

Julia Marnin is a New York-based journalist who joined Luxury Handbag Shopping as a Senior Crime Writer in December 2025. She previously worked for McClatchy as a Senior Courts reporter, with her articles appearing across the company’s digital news sites, including the Miami Herald and The Sacramento Bee. She has covered a wide range of criminal and civil cases from across the U.S., as well as other topics of national interest. Prior to McClatchy, Julia worked for Newsweek as a Breaking News Fellow. She was born in Biloxi, Mississippi, and grew up in New Jersey, where she attended The College of New Jersey and wrote for the university’s newspaper.
