Sophia Culpo and boyfriend Michael Stevens have split after two years of dating, Luxury Handbag Shopping can exclusively confirm.
“They were living together and she moved out,” a source tells Us, revealing Culpo, 28, is “very upset about it but her sisters have been supporting her.”
Sophia — the youngest of sisters Aurora Culpo and Olivia Culpo — gained fame as a model and reality star after appearing on the short-lived TLC series The Culpo Sisters in 2022.
Sophia began dating Stevens in summer 2023 after splitting from Houston Texans’ wide receiver Braxton Berrios. (Sophia dated Berrios, 30, two years before they called it quits in March 2023 and he moved on with Alix Earle.)
Sophia and Stevens, who is a corporate and entertainment attorney who also does comedy, went public with their relationship in September 2023 when the influencer shared a summer recap TikTok video featuring the then-mystery man with his arm around her.
The following month, the pair dressed up in coordinated couple’s costumes for Halloween and slowly became more public. Sophia and Stevens donned costumes from The Matrix for one Halloween bash and embodied Dirty Dancing’s Baby and Johnny for another party.
“Strength. Beauty. Intuition. Kindness. Grace. My favorite surprise of 2023. Happy birthday Sophia!” Stevens wrote via Instagram in November of that year while celebrating his girlfriend’s special day.
While toasting Stevens’ birthday in November 2023, Sophia revealed via Instagram that her man made “everything better,” calling Stevens “Kind, thoughtful, FUNNY, and so very sweet. Happy birthday to the best, and according to my mom, ‘most handsome’ surprise of 2023 🎂✨🤍.”
The twosome continued to go strong throughout 2024, attending Sophia’s sister Olivia, 33, and husband Christian McCaffrey’s nuptials together in Rhode Island that July.
“How it’s going ➡️ how it started (June 2024 – July 2023) A year of Sophia,” Stevens wrote via Instagram in August 2024, sharing a black and white picture of the pair from Olivia’s wedding day. “The bookends represented by two of my favorite photos of us. What a blessing she has been. Swipe through for video evidence that my dog likes her more than me.”
Three months later, Sophia gushed about Stevens on his birthday. “Happy Birthday to the most thoughtful, loving, kind, funny, and intelligent man. To know you is to love you,” she captioned a series of photos from their romance. “The most genuine and caring partner, dog dad, friend, brother, uncle and son. Always there to help out your friends and family and a master of knowing just what to say. And somehow you do it all with a childlike wonder that is infectious to all around you.”
She added: “Probably from the copious amounts of sugar you eat on the daily:) I can’t put into words how lucky I am that you came into my life. You’ve shown me what it feels like to be truly loved. I hope today I can make you feel half as special as you make me feel every day. Ps you’re aging like a fine wine and I’m sorry, but actually not sorry, for posting your thirst trap cause yum- happy birthday my California dream boat!!! 😍🥂🎂.”
Sophia and Stevens proceeded to document their romance well into 2025 with trips to Italy in March and the desert in Indio, California, for Stagecoach in April.
Sophia last posted photos of Stevens during one of her summer recaps in July, captioning the Instagram upload, “Summer things 🍉☀️🌧️🌊.”
In one of the snaps, the duo got cozy while Sophia sipped on what appeared to be an Aperol spritz while in the Hamptons.
“Such a fun trip. Not featured: the wild goose chase to get home,” Stevens replied in the comments section. “@heymichaelstevens remembering to forget that:),” Sophia responded back.
