The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak met her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, though a girlfriend who also dated him, according to Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, Luxury Handbag Shopping can exclusively report.
On Thursday, November 13, Green responded to Zolciak’s attempts to avoid being deposed as part of Green and Mowitz’s bitter divorce battle.
In her filing, Green demanded Zolciak, 47, turn over messages she exchanged with a woman named Jenny Doyle. Green said, “Ms. Doyle is or was Ms. Zolciak’s friend who was also involved in a relationship with [Mowitz]. It was Ms. Doyle, we believe, who introduced Ms. Zolciak to [Mowitz]”.
A source close to Kim tells Us the reality star and Mowitz met through a real estate agent. (Doyle appears to be a real estate agent.)
As Us first reported, Green served Zolciak with a subpoena demanding she testify under oath about alleged gifts Mowitz gave her and turn over communications with various parties, including Mowitz. The reality star claimed she was already in talks with Green’s team about testifying when Green had her publicly served at her son’s football game.
In her new filing, Green said Zolciak, whom she called a “very public figure,” was offered various alternatives to being served publicly.
“Her counsel conditioned her accepting service on the undersigned counsel’s execution of an unacceptable confidentiality order. Ms. Zolciak could have received service through her counsel and then challenged the subpoena, but she chose not to cooperate,” Green’s lawyer argued. “Her claim that the manner of service was somehow inappropriate or harassing was a situation she and her counsel created.”
Green said Mowitz has produced a small amount of his financial records. The records he did produce showed, “an alleged “Promissory Note” (signed by him but not signed by the borrower, Ms. Zolciak) listing substantial sums “loaned” to Ms. Zolciak beginning in January of 2025 – months before this divorce was filed.”
“At the temporary hearing, evidence was also presented of a credit card [Mowitz] had given to Ms. Zolciak and paid on her behalf,” Green’s lawyer added.
Green noted, “[Zolciak] has made herself a notorious public figure in social media by exposing her private life for money and fame.”
In her motion, Green argued the subpoena on Zolciak “appropriately seeks production of documents regarding the relationship [Mowitz] is having with Ms. Zolciak with respect to money and custody, and also with respect to credibility; hers and more importantly, [Mowitz’s] credibility.“
Green asked the court to force Zolciak to turn over her communications with Mowitz. She said the messages would help determine when their relationship began (Zolciak claims it began after her divorce was filed) and Green previously said she did not believe Zolciak caused her marriage to end.
In addition, she said the messages would show “monies spent, paid, and ‘borrowed,’ matters concerning the children including specifically their childcare and exposure to their relationship, and much more.” She also asked for messages Zolciak exchanged with Mowitz’s employee, Cade. “Perhaps her attorney does not know him, but Ms. Zolciak knows exactly who he is, and when and by whom she was introduced to this witness,” Green wrote.
As Us first reported, Zolciakm who is in the middle of her own divorce from Kroy Biermann, filed her opposition to the subpoena on October 14. She said she asked Green to agree to a “confidentiality agreement” over the deposition before she sat for it. Green’s team refused to agree to the terms.
As part of her plea for a confidentiality order, Zolciak’s lawyer said, “The media has targeted Zolciak and her family for years and, without judicial intervention, there is nothing to prohibit or deter news outlets from publicly disseminating Zolciak’s private information obtained at her deposition.”
As Us first reported, Mowitz filed for divorce from Green in March. He listed the date of marriage as June 24, 2017, and said they shared two minor children. They both accuse the other of wrongdoing.
Green claimed in court docs that Mowitz created a trust, which she does not control, before the divorce. She alleged he moved a substantial amount of money into the trust, which has assets worth over $100 million.
Mowitz’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, previously told Us, “We are not going to litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of the applicable legal proceedings. We encourage you to review the pleadings we have filed on our client’s behalf, which accurately represent our client’s position relating to this matter. As to Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
Zolciak’s daughter Ariana Biermann spoke to Us about her mom’s new boyfriend on November 15 at BravoCon. “I really like him,” she revealed. “He’s a good man.”
