The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak denied her estranged husband Kroy Biermann’s accusation that she violated a court order by speaking about their divorce and her new boyfriend with Andy Cohen, Luxury Handbag Shopping can exclusively report.
On November 14, Zolciak, 47, filed court docs firing back at Biermann’s claims that she violated the court order in their divorce.
She denied that the court had ordered her to turn over any documents or that broke any rule by talking about the divorce with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live or on Kristin Cavallari‘s podcast tour.
The former RHOA star said that the court-appointed official who spoke to her and Biermann’s children has not indicated support for claims of contempt.
She demanded that Biermann be ordered to cover the legal fees for defending herself against his contempt claims.
On October 15, Biermann filed a motion demanding Zolciak be found in contempt.
In his filing, Biermann claimed Zolciak had failed to turn over financial documents he requested in the case by the March 31 deadline.
In addition, Biermann claimed Zolciak violated the temporary parenting agreement by speaking about the divorce publicly.

Biermann’s motion said, “This court was very clear in its order. Notwithstanding, [Zolciak] has appeared on two television programs to” talk about the divorce. He pointed out Zolciak sat with Kristin Cavallari on a tour for Kristin’s podcast where she talked about the split. The ex-NFL star said she also accused him of not contributing financially to the family and stealing her belongings.
He said she went on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in August, where she talked about the divorce and the “news of her new boyfriend.” Biermann said his ex “beamed over her brand new gorgeous one-million-dollar home.”
“Time and time again, [Zolciak] has demonstrated her complete disregard for court orders,” Biermann’s motion read.
The judge has yet to rule on the matter.
Zolciak and Biermann were married for 11 years. They wed in 2011 and split in 2023. The exes have yet to finalize a divorce settlement.

As Us first reported, Zolciak was dragged into her new boyfriend Kyle Mowitz’s ongoing divorce. Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, issued a subpoena demanding Zolciak appear for a deposition and talk about her relationship with Mowitz.
Green’s subpoena demanded Zolciak turn over all communications with Mowitz, any communications between Zolciak and another third party regarding “payment for services or communications concerning [Mowitz],” Green, their children or the divorce.
In addition, Green also requested “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to your financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on your behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to you and monies paid to you by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected.”
Zolciak scolded Green for publicly serving her with the subpoena at her son’s high school. She claimed she was already in talks with Green’s lawyers over the subpoena. Green accused Zolciak of dragging her feet.
Mowitz’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, previously told Us, “We are not going to litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of the applicable legal proceedings. We encourage you to review the pleadings we have filed on our client’s behalf, which accurately represent our client’s position relating to this matter. As to Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
