Charlie Sheen is attempting to work out a deal with his ex-wife Brooke Mueller after she accused him of owing her $15 million in back child support and interest, Luxury Handbag Shopping can exclusively report.

On January 29, Mueller filed court docs where she asked the court to postpone the upcoming hearing on the matter.

The hearing was scheduled for February 2, but she asked for it to be rescheduled to after April 3. Per the filing, the exes both agreed to push the hearing due to them planning to meet privately to resolve the issue of alleged back child support.

The Two and a Half Men actor and Mueller were married from 2008 to 2011 and share twins Bob and Max.

As Us first reported, Mueller filed court docs in December 2025 claiming Sheen owed her millions on their divorce deal.

In the filing, Mueller said the actor owed her $8,967,600 for child support from 2011 to 2025.

Mueller alleged Sheen also owed her $6.4 million in interest for a grand total of $15,386,000.

Mueller’s petition demanded Sheen be responsible for her legal fees associated with taking him back to court.

The filing revealed the amounts Mueller claimed Sheen paid over the years. She said Sheen was supposed to pay her $660,000 per year in child support but didn’t pay in full.

She claimed he paid $295,000 for 2011 and no payments from 2012 to 2015. She said he did pay $96,000 in 2016, $228,366 out of the $660,000 owed in 2017; $113,000 in 2018; and zero in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Per the filing, Sheen paid Mueller $20,000 in 2023, $30,000 in 2024 and $39,000 for 2025 at the time of her filing. “Charlie made full child support payments through June 2011. Beginning in July 2011, he made either partial payments or failed to make any payments,” Mueller told the court.

Back in 2024, Sheen filed court docs that revealed the exes reached a deal over custody of the twins. Per the agreement, they would continue to share custody of Bob and Max, unless Mueller, who has had a long history of issues with addiction, relapsed. In the event of a relapse, Sheen would immediately be awarded custody.

Mueller appeared in Sheen’s Netflix documentary, which was released in September. Mueller revealed the ups and downs of their relationship, including calling cops on him during an incident in Aspen. Sheen was sentenced to 30 days in a rehab center, probation and anger management classes.

In the documentary, Mueller spoke highly of her ex-husband at times. She claimed he often helped out during “dark” times.

“Charlie really stepped up when my stuff was going dark. It was really dark. He had all the reason not to be there for me. Now he’s taken the role of the responsible protector, especially with the boys,” Mueller said.
