Angelina Jolie Photographed With Ring After Brad Pitt Wedding News Breaks

With this ring, she did wed! Angelina Jolie was photographed with a very significant piece of jewelry on her left hand as she stepped out in Malta on Friday, Aug. 29 — one day after news broke that she and longtime love Brad Pitt had gotten married in a small wedding in France on Aug. 23. 

Looking slim in a loose black tank and pants, the Maleficent star, 39, boarded a boat for a tour of the island, where she and her new husband are set to film their upcoming movie, By the Sea. She carried a black bag and wore a wide-brimmed black hat, but her most eye-catching accessory was of course the bling on her ring finger.

As previously reported, Jolie and Pitt’s wedding rings were designed and crafted by luxury jeweler Robert Procrop, who also worked on the bride’s engagement ring back in 2012, and on Jolie’s jewelry collection for charity in 2010.

The couple — who have six young kids together — exchanged the bands in front of a small group of close friends and relatives at Chateau Miraval, their rep confirmed to Luxury Handbag Shopping. “It was very much a family affair,” the rep said. “All their children took part.”

Indeed, each of the kids had a role in the ceremony. Per the rep, Maddox and Pax walked their mom down the aisle, Zahara and Vivienne threw flower petals, and Shiloh and Knox carried the rings.

Pitt, for his part, was photographed with his ring on Thursday, Aug. 28, at an event for his new WWII movie Fury in Dorset, England. See more pics of Brad’s wedding band.
