We’re not going to lie, we can’t get enough of Reese Witherspoon’s summer 2018 Draper James collection. In addition to being the founder and creative director of the lifestyle brand, Reese is also the star and executive producer of the HBO hit Big Little Lies, and the HBIC’s two worlds collided when she shot the campaign for the summer line in Monterey, California, where the show is filmed. With striped sundresses, white jeans, gingham camp shirts and cheekily embroidered sandals, the collection is full of warm weather staples that will have you channeling your Madeline.
“It was fun to merge my worlds together for a day,” Reese said of the Draper James photo shoot in a blog post. “I’m excited to give you a sneak peek into my life as an actor, producer, and the founder and creative director of Draper James!”
She also shared that her favorite part of the Big Little Lies experience has been working with her “incredibly talented female costars” (hi, Nicole Kidman, Laura Dern, Zoe Kravitz and Shailene Woodley!), and the ladies have plenty of fun on set with “dance parties” that lighten the mood on tough filming days. And while they are currently shooting the high anticipated second season, it’s not expected to premiere until 2019.
