Bindi Irwin Reacts to Her Brother Robert’s ‘Uncomfortable’ Bonds Underwear Campaign (Exclusive)

While fans couldn’t get enough of Robert Irwin’s sexy Bonds campaign, his family had seen (more than) enough.

Robert’s sister, Bindi Irwin, exclusively opened up to Luxury Handbag Shopping about what she really thought of her brother’s Bonds campaign, which dropped last month.

“There’s some things you can’t ever unsee as a sister, and I’m a little uncomfortable,” she told Robert, 21, adding that she still felt “proud” of him.

“Proud, just in a, not looking at it way,” she quipped, referring to Robert’s bulge.

Robert then laughed, “Proud from a distance.” He added, “It’s been my favorite thing to see how uncomfortable you are. Very funny.” His mom, Terri Irwin, who shares Robert and Bindi with the late Steve Irwin, also opened up about Robert’s ad, sharing that Bindi had the most “unique” reaction between them.

“I was really proud of Robert for [taking] no supplements, not even protein powder, just clean food and working hard,” she said. “I really admire that.”

In his campaign, Robert brought attention to not only his statuesque figure but also wildlife. Robert, who is following in his father’s footsteps as a conservationist, bravely let spiders and snakes crawl on him as he posed in several gray, black and white box briefs.

Robert previously opened up about his family having mixed emotions about his campaign while appearing on an episode of Today. “Well, my family had a lot of words,” he explained. “They were like, ‘Wow, [there are] some things we can’t unsee.’ But it was wonderful because Bonds, who’s like our massive, iconic underwear company in Australia, they came to me and said, ‘We want to do something that heroes Australian wildlife.’”
