Cierra Ortega said goodbye to lip filler and embraced a softer, more natural look.
The Love Island USA alum, 25, showed off her new pout via TikTok on Thursday, August 28, after facing criticism from fans about her appearance during season 7 of the hit show.
In the clip, she zoomed in on her lips while mouthing over Rihanna’s 2007 hit, “Breakin’ Dishes.” While proudly displaying her refreshed and hydrated pout, Cierra went makeup-free with just a bit of gloss. Her brunette hair was worn down and straightened, and pushed back with a white headband.
“Chat I got my lips dissolved <3,” Cierra captioned the post. “& I love them :*.”
Her fans praised her new look in the comments section. “GIRL THIS WAS THE MOVE,” one wrote, while another added, “Someone who takes criticism appropriately.” A third follower commented, “WAR IS OVERRRR✨.”
Throughout her time on the season, viewers shared their unfiltered thoughts on her filler via social media. “I genuinely can’t stand Cierra’s botched lips,” one social media user wrote in July. Others made memes about her and commented that she had “duck lips.”
Cierra isn’t the only Love Island USA cast member who was criticized for her look. In July, Vanna Einerson opened up about the negative comments she was receiving while she was in Fiji without her phone during an episode of “The Viall Files” podcast.
“Obviously [I’ve] been going through it and I didn’t even know,” Vanna, 21, said, sharing that her mom actually recommended she didn’t go on social media until they were reunited.

“It was really, really hard seeing all of it. I was in the hotel with Coco [Watson] and [she] was getting a lot of love while I was getting a lot of hate,” she explained. “I had a moment where I just broke down crying. I’m honestly so grateful for Coco that she was there because she sat and prayed over me.”
Vanna assured listeners that she was “OK” after seeing the unkind words and hateful comments, noting, “I’m very secure in myself.”
The reality star t was candid about the work she’s had done, revealing she got a breast augmentation and lip filler but did not do anything to her chin or cheeks. She explained that she looked “swollen” on the show because she had to sleep with a feathered pillow in the villa, which she’s allergic to.
“I woke up every day [with] my whole face swollen,” she said.
