Someone else is keeping her smile on the inside, too!
Kanye West has long proclaimed that not smiling makes him smile on the inside. Perhaps the same holds true for Katy Perry, who could only muster a stone-cold face when asked to pose for pictures alongside West and his wife, Kim Kardashian, at the Givenchy fashion show in Paris on Sunday, March 8.
Perry, 30, clad in a black lace dress teamed with peep-toe heels, a beaded clutch, and giant, golden chandelier earrings, did wrap a friendly arm around Kardashian’s waist. And yet, it could not be denied: The “Dark Horse” singer’s facial expression was bland at best!
On the other hand, the reality star, 34, who arrived at the event in skintight pants, a plunging top (sans bra), and thigh-high leather boots, seemed pleased to be sharing the spotlight alongside the pop star (who brought stylist Johnny Wujek as her date). (And yes, the two finally did share a laugh.)
Nevertheless, with her brightened platinum locks and nude lip, Kardashian appeared a little bit pale standing next to Perry, who modeled blushed cheeks and a deep, oxblood pout.
But West, 37, finally suited up! After sporting sweatshirts at a number of high-fashion events, including the Christian Dior fashion show, the rapper (who is a good friend of Perry’s, as the two collaborated on her hit song, “E.T.”) slipped into a sleek ensemble, which he topped off with a navy blue velvet scarf.
