Belle revealed her new hairstyle at the 5th Annual L.A. Loves Alex’s Lemonade charity event on Saturday, Sept. 20 in Westwood, Calif.
The natural brunette’s olive skin tone is now complemented by an array of choppy caramel blonde highlights, which emphasize Belle’s bright hazel eyes.
