Finally, Brad Pitt has a new hairdo! For the first time in years, the 49-year-old actor has cut off his trademark long blonde locks and shaved his face, all for a new movie role.
Though he was wearing a white baseball cap, Pitt’s new buzzed look was clearly visible on the set of his latest project, Fury, in England on Tuesday, Sept. 10. The actor got into character for the David Ayer-directed World War II film by wearing a green jumpsuit while riding around in a tank.
Pitt’s haircut must have been done very recently as he was just photographed with his past-chin-length mop at the premiere of 12 Years a Slave at the Toronto International Film Festival on Friday, Sept. 6. On the carpet, Pitt pulled his locks back into a bun.
The actor’s fiancee, Angelina Jolie, has yet to see his new ‘do in person: she’s half a globe away in Australia with their six kids while preparing to film her next directorial effort, Unbroken. “Yeah, she’s got her hands full,” Pitt joked to Access Hollywood. “I’m actually jealous.”
