Beyonce is taking her new look overseas! The Queen of Pop went a step further than her pixie cut when she showed off her new chin length bob during a V Festival performance in the UK on Saturday, Aug. 17.
The 31-year-old singer stunned on the Virgin Media Stage with her new blonde locks, going through several costume changes throughout the show. The “I Was Here” singer wore a white leotard with fishnet tights and later changed into a studded black leotard with a matching hat and boots ensemble. In addition, she wore a high-cut black and gold outfit and her purple glitter jumpsuit.
During her set, the entertainer performed some of her smash hits, including “Single Ladies,” “Halo” and “Run The World.”
The “Grown Woman” singer started a frenzy when she revealed a gorgeous pixie cut via her Instagram account on Aug. 7. “I think she was just feeling empowered, like a strong woman, and she said she’s been feeling it for a long time,” Queen Bey’s colorist, Rita Hazan, told Luxury Handbag Shopping at the time. “She didn’t want to hide behind her hair in real life.”
