Bachelor in Paradise’s Jess Edwards and Spencer Conley left Costa Rica with a impressive diamond.
The couple, who met while filming season 10 of the reality dating show, announced their engagement on the season finale, which aired on Tuesday, September 2. During the episode, Spencer, 32, got on one knee and proposed to Jess, 26, who happily said “yes.”
Spencer popped the question with an Art Deco ring, featuring an emerald-cut center stone surrounded by additional stones, totaling nearly 20 diamonds total, per People.
Neil Lane, the Bachelor’s longtime jewelry designer, told the publication that the ring featured 16 brilliant-cut diamonds that formed a hidden halo. The ring totals two carats, all seton a platinum band with Lane’s signature engraved.
Ahead of the finale, Jess and Spencer exclusively opened up to Luxury Handbag Shopping about their relationship, sharing that their romance felt “surreal.”
“We are just so grateful to be here,” Jess gushed to Us. “It’s more than we could ever have imagined. Obviously, going into Paradise, the goal is to find love. We found that we got to do these cool challenges. We got to go to a new location. We won money. Like, what is life!” (The duo also took home $190,000 in prize money.)
Jess added that she’s planning to move to Dallas to be with her beau in “the beginning of 2026.”
“I’m currently in San Diego, and he’s in Dallas, she explained. “So we had some back and forth conversations … I am going to be moving here to Dallas. I’m really excited about it.”
She added, “He has family here. He has a business that is thriving here. We just want to start our life here and see where the wind blows us after that.”
Spencer also opened up about wanting to welcome kids with Jess eventually, sharing, “She’s 26. She was saying [on the show] she wants to have kids before she’s 30. I was saying, ‘Probably in the next two years,’ in which she’ll be 28 or 29 so it’s literally splitting a one-year difference.”
When it comes to planning their wedding, the lovebirds are not setting a “timeline.”
“We’re focusing on us right now,” Jess said.
