Former ESPN anchor Elle Duncan admitted that she has no problem with her husband watching some adult content without her around — but he better not be forking over any cash.
“It would not bother me at all if I opened up my spouse’s browser and I saw a bunch of porn,” Duncan, 42, said during the Friday, April 3, episode of the “Pablo Torre Finds Out” podcast. “But if he paid for it, I’m judging him! It’s free! Why are you spending money on this? This is insane.”
Duncan, who now leads Netflix’s live sports coverage, explained how a recent discovery by one of her friends left her stunned.
“I have a friend — God, I hope she’s not listening to this at all because she swore me to secrecy — I won’t say her name. But she found out that her husband is spending $800 a month on OnlyFans models,” Duncan divulged.
She continued, “I don’t judge anybody for watching porn at all. I’m no prude. I absolutely judge people for paying for porn. It’s too free! It’s free! I’ve never paid to watch any porn in my life, but I can’t imagine the quality is that much different.”
“I’m just saying, like, why would you risk your relationship?” Duncan added.
The conversation about pornography was inspired by the story of Kwamaine Jerell Ford, who was charged last month with posing as female adult film star Teanna Trump and running a phishing scam on NBA and NFL players.
“The thing that does not make sense to me is that [Trump] has one of those jobs where, by function of the job, you can just Google [nude pictures] of her,” Duncan argued. “So why would you need to give up any information to have access to pictures of someone who has many naked pictures readily available for free?”
Duncan has been married to her husband, Omar Abdul Ali, since 2016, and the couple share two children: daughter Eva, 7, and son Xander, 5.
“I believe that the most important decision you’ll make in your life is who you have children with,” Duncan wrote in a poignant post via Instagram to celebrate Father’s Day in 2025. “Marriages end every day but who you go half on a kid with is permanent. It’s foundational.”
She continued, “The father of your children isn’t just your partner — he’s their first example. Of how to lead, how to listen, how to love. Kids mirror what they see. Their worldview, their sense of safety, their moral compass — it all starts at home. A good dad sets the baseline for how they’ll navigate life, how they’ll treat others, and how they’ll expect to be treated in return.”
Duncan gave a special shout-out to her mother, Toni, for setting a good example.
“That’s why I’m so grateful to my mother. Because she chose so well with my dad, I had the blueprint,” she wrote. “And when it came time for me to build my own life and family, I knew exactly what to look for.”
