Meghan Markle is all about having a natural-looking, soft makeup look. Her makeup artist, Daniel Martin, has revealed that Live Tinted Hueglow Liquid Highlighter Drops can be credited for her glowing appearance. Live Tinted recommends applying a few drops of Hueglow to your fingers or a Kabuki brush. Where you apply it is totally up to you, because it can go under, over or mixed into foundation or skin tint. For a super-natural look, put it on the high points of your face.
