‘Squire’ was the original name of Louis Vuitton’s now-iconic Alma bag, whose design inspired the 2025 Squire bag. First unveiled on the Spring-Summer 2026 runway, the bag is defined by its curved upper and two-way zip-top fastening, reminiscent of the Alma, and slim shoulder straps in Vachetta cowhide which attach across its Monogram canvas body. Finished with a signature LV-engraved gold-toned padlock, the Squire blends classic Louis Vuitton details with a contemporary polish. Offered in two distinct sizes and silhouettes, the Squire can be found in the classic PM size, as well as the on-trend, elongated East West variation.

The Squire PM
The PM version nods to the Alma’s structured silhouette, featuring a softly curved, deep body that creates a streamlined yet roomy profile, measuring 11.8 x 7.9 x 3.9 inches. Its interior comfortably holds a tablet, notebook, wallet, keys, sunglasses, and smartphone. A flat pocket keeps cards or smaller essentials organized, while the wide two-way zipper allows quick, easy access. Dual elongated, adjustable top handles (maximum drop 13 inches) let it sit comfortably on the shoulder. Crafted exclusively in Monogram canvas with Vachetta leather trim, the PM delivers that unmistakable Louis Vuitton look, with everyday practicality.

The Squire East West
Perhaps the most coveted of the two Squire siblings, the Squire East West offers an elongated alternative at 11.4 x 5.5 x 3.1 inches. It holds essentials including a long wallet, large smartphone, sunglasses, and keys, with a small slip pocket for smaller items. Adjustable straps range from 11 to 12.2 inches, designed for hand or shoulder carry. The Squire East West is offered in two finishes – choose from classic Monogram canvas, as well as the seasonal Monogram Dune coated canvas with bloom motif — a playful, spring-ready twist.

Propelled into the spotlight at the Louvre during Louis Vuitton’s Fall-Winter 2026 show in Paris, the Squire East West was carried by House Ambassadors and Friends of the House including Chloë Grace Moretz, Alyssa Liu, Yong Li, Urassaya Sperbund, and HoYeon Jung.
