The 118-pound actress smirked for the cameras when she was booked in July for violating her 2007 probation. She went behind bars again in September, but she was released after 15 hours when she posted $300,000 bail. Lohan was then sentenced to court-ordered rehab until January 3, 2011.

The newlyweds were detained in September after L.A. police smelled marijuana coming from their car and found Cottle to be in possession of ecstasy. T.I. returned to jail in October to begin an 11-month prison sentence for violating his probation.

Following a concert at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, the Grammy-nominated singer was busted for possession of 2.6 grams of cocaine in September. Mars will appear in court February 4.

The socialite was charged with felony drug possession in August after police found less than a gram of cocaine in her Chanel purse. Though Hilton claimed it was "gum," she later plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge. As part of her plea deal, she avoided jail and will serve a year of probation.
