Isabela Ferrer made her film debut as Blake Lively’s younger counterpart in It Ends With Us — and she had nothing but positive things to say about working with the Gossip Girl actress.
“She greeted me with the warmest hug ever, and from then on, it was just wonderful warmth and friendship,” Ferrer told People in August 2024 referencing her first meeting with Lively. “To be able to connect with the person that you’re sharing a role with is huge, and she’s just a really good person.”
Ferrer said the thing that surprised her most about Lively is “how she manages four children with the businesses that she has and [her] career as an actor and a producer and everything else.”
Ferrer, an Irish-Puerto Rican actress, graduated from Carnegie Mellon’s School of Drama in 2022, and since then, has appeared in the short film Fire Burning and guest starred on the TV series Evil.

How Is Isabela Ferrer Involved in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s Lawsuit?
According to documents obtained by Luxury Handbag Shopping in August 2025, Baldoni’s team claimed Ferrer was a material witness in Lively’s lawsuit against the director and actor because she was on set during It Ends With Us filming.
Baldoni’s lawyer served a subpoena demanding Ferrer turn over “all documents relating to any discriminatory, harassing, retaliatory, inappropriate or unwelcome action, conduct or statement” made during production or post as well as any documents relating to any complaint of harassment or workplace misconduct on set. He also demanded all correspondence between her and Lively about the ongoing lawsuit and Ferrer’s communications with Baldoni himself and his business partner.
At the time, Baldoni’s lawyer claimed that a process server was unable to serve Ferrer at a Brooklyn address they believed to be her home residence. “It appears that none of the persons present at the Brooklyn location were familiar with Isabela Ferrer,” the docs stated, noting that a separate process server attempted to reach her in Sag Harbor, New York but was unable to track her down.
Later that month, Ferrer’s attorney fought back against Baldoni’s subpoena request and claimed that he was harassing her. Ferrer asked the court to deny Baldoni’s motion and impose sanctions on him.
Baldoni denied Ferrer’s claims, with his legal team arguing that Lively was the first to subpoena Ferrer in the ongoing legal battle, a request which Ferrer’s team accepted. Baldoni’s team claimed that they followed suit with their own subpoena to obtain “documents that she either neglected to produce or were not requested” by Lively’s team.
