A tabloid reporter who has been photographed twice with Jon Gosselin claims to be dating the 32-year-old father of eight.
"I didn't mean it to happen, it just did," Star reporter Kate Major, 26, said Tuesday. "I went to do a story on Jon and ended up falling for him."
Gosselin and Major were first photographed together Saturday at NYC restaurant Accademia di Vino, where an onlooker told Usmagazine.com Major "was flirting shamelessly with Jon."
On Tuesday, the two dined in the Hamptons with Lindsay Lohan's father Michael (who is pals with Major) and Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin, whom Jon asked her "for media advice," says a source.
Gosselin has yet to confirm if he and Major are an item.
Hailey Glassman, 22, also has yet to weigh in on Major's remarks. Just last week, Gosselin announced that he and Glassman — the daughter of the surgeon who performed ex Kate's tummy tuck — were dating.
