As Labor Day approaches, so does the highly anticipated Lifetime movie The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story, chronicling the alleged behind-the-scenes happenings on the hit ‘80s and ‘90s sitcom.
The network just released the first teaser trailer for the movie — after posting a first drama-filled scene clip earlier this month — and it doesn’t disappoint.
In the 30-second trailer, actor Sam Kindseth, who plays Dustin Diamond (aka Screech Powers), attacks a kid for mocking him, screaming, “I am not Screech!”
The real-life Diamond is an executive producer on the film, which is loosely based off of his tell-all book Behind the Bell.
