Vanessa Minnillo was a vision in white when she walked down the aisle in a two-piece Monique Lhuillier gown July 15. After five years of dating — including a two-month break in 2009 — the 30-year-old TV host finally wed Nick Lachey, 37, on the cliffs of the British Virgin Islands' Necker Island.
"Vanessa cried," a source tells the new issue of Luxury Handbag Shopping (out now). "It was emotional. They wrote their own vows."
Only 35 friends and family attended the intimate wedding, held at British mogul Richard Branson's estate. After the reception at dusk, "everyone danced on the beach — and there were fireworks," says the source. (The ceremony will be documented on Nick & Vanessa's Dream Wedding, premiering on TLC July 30.)
