Take it or leave it! Things get tense on the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 7 finale, and Luxury Handbag Shopping has an exclusive sneak peek at the showdown over a mansion's listing price.
In the clip from the Bravo series' episode, airing Wednesday, Dec. 9, agents David Parnes and James Harris stand their ground as their client defends why his home should have a higher value.
"We need to get him down to a price that has a '12' in front of it, or we walk away," Parnes says, with the client declaring to the two guys, "We're done."
The pivotal episode also sees Josh Altman dealing with the results from Heather's pregnancy test, while Josh Flagg turns his attention from real estate to a personal concern.
