It’s the end of an era — or at least a temporary break — for Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, which is reportedly pressing pause ahead of season 16.

The Bravo series has not been canceled, according to TMZ, but the outlet reported on Thursday, March 13, that production has been halted for the foreseeable future. (Luxury Handbag Shopping reached out to the network for comment.)

Million Dollar Listing L.A.’s reported hiatus comes after several personnel shakeups rocked the franchise. Josh Altman and his wife, Heather Altman, decided to leave the series in fall 2024 after season 15 finished airing.

“This wasn’t an overnight discussion where we just decided the night before, ‘Hey, let’s do this,’” Josh, 46, exclusively told Us in November 2024. “This has been something that has kind of been coming up over the past 24 months.”

Josh has been a staple on the reality series since season 4 in 2011. His wife, whom he wed in 2016, has popped up on the show over the years beginning in 2015 with season 8. Heather, 40, was heavily featured on seasons 14 and 15 before walking away.

Josh explained to Us at the time that after spending more quality time with his and Heather’s two children, daughter Lexi, 7, and son Ace, 5, they realized they wanted to make their family a bigger priority.

“We can always go out there and sell houses. We can always go out there and do all these things, but we’ll never get the time back when our kids are this age,” the realtor reflected. “It’s funny, you start hanging out with your friends who have older kids, and they go, ‘Spend the time with them now because in a few years, they don’t wanna hang out with you anymore!’ Which is probably the best advice I’ve gotten in a long time.”

Earlier this year, Us confirmed that fellow Million Dollar Listing L.A. star Tracy Tutor officially departed Douglas Elliman.

She left the real estate brokerage for a new gig with Compass — but it was unclear if the move would affect her future on the show. (Tutor has been part of the Bravo series since 2017.)

“My brand has always been rooted in innovation and growth, and joining Compass aligns with my vision for the future of my business,” Tutor, 49, told Us in a January statement. “This partnership will not only enhance my ability to serve clients in California and Texas but also enable me to expand my reach into new markets, elevate my team’s capabilities, and continue setting the standard in the luxury real estate industry.”

Million Dollar Listing L.A.’s cast during season 15 — which aired from July to September 2024 — also included Josh Flagg, who is the longest-running star having joined the show in 2008, and David Parnes, who has been part of the cast since 2014.
