There are no words! When Jack Black stopped by The Tonight Show on Monday, May 4, host Jimmy Fallon decided to take advantage of the actor’s musical talents.
The Tenacious D singer, 45, donned a long wavy wig and flowy white shirt to impersonate Extreme singer Gary Cherone while the late-night host, 40, wore long brunette wig to play singer Nuno Bettencourt.
The pair perfectly recreated Extreme’s classic 1990 black and white music video for the moody ballad “More Than Words.” The shot-by-shot redo was spot-on, and Black and Fallon’s singing and acoustic guitar playing were oddly impressive.
Later in the show, The D Train actor sported a camo tie and propped his feet up on the guest chairs, getting comfy.
