Big Brother’s Lauren Domingue and Morgan Pope both found an ally in Vince Panaro, but the women couldn’t get on the same page in the game.

“I feel like every time me and Morgan talked game, we always just had different perspectives on things and different ways of thinking,” Lauren, 22, exclusively told Luxury Handbag Shopping on Friday, September 19, following her eviction. “I think this game would have been a lot easier if we saw eye to eye game-wise.”

The bridal consultant added that “unfortunately, that wasn’t the situation” she found herself in.

Lauren teamed up with Vince, 34, early in the game to form a secret duo. However, the pair’s alliance faced obstacles after Vince became closer to Morgan. During Vince’s Head of Household reign prior to the double eviction on Thursday, September 18, he had no plans to nominate Lauren. However, Morgan won the Power of Veto and took Ava Pearl off the block.

Morgan made it clear she wanted Lauren named as the replacement because she had not been nominated at all yet. Vince ultimately gave in to Morgan’s wishes and put Lauren on the block. However, Lauren earned safety in the final BB Blockbuster competition and her friend Kelley Jorgensen was sent to the jury house. When it was revealed that it was a double eviction that night, Lauren found herself back on the block when Morgan was crowned the HOH.

“The only thing I can think of is that she saw me as a threat. I did have a few competition wins,” Lauren told Us of her thoughts of why Morgan was adamant to target her. “I know that I was really close to Vince, and maybe she saw that as me trying to get him to do things that she didn’t want him to do. So the only way to sort of get him to do things only she wanted to do was to get me out. And she succeeded.”

This wasn’t the first time Vince made a move that directly impacted Lauren’s game. Lauren won the Veto in week 6 and took Vince off the block. He was replaced by Lauren’s friend Rylie Jeffries. Vince was one of the deciding votes that sent Rylie home, while Lauren voted to keep him. Vince also sent Lauren’s close friend, Katherine Woodman, home during his second HOH win.

“Rylie and Katherine would have had more time in this game, and they were two people that I was absolutely loyal to, and they were absolutely loyal to me in return,” she reflected about the move. “I know they were also loyal to each other more than anybody else. I’m not really sure. I definitely do feel regret, but I don’t know if I would have done things differently.”

Despite Vince making moves that directly impacted her game, Lauren remained loyal to him.

“I think the reasoning that Vince gave me behind those decisions, … I guess, made sense for his game,” she told Us. “I couldn’t necessarily fault him for looking out for his game when I was doing the same thing for mine. It was an unfortunate situation, but I felt that I had to stay committed to what we had even after that.”

Big Brother airs on CBS Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 8 p.m. ET. Fans can watch live feeds from the house anytime on Paramount+.
