One of the best things about YouTube is that you don’t need to pay to use it, if you don’t mind sitting through some ads.

Each month, YouTube adds more free movies that can be enjoyed without having to sign up or pay.

This month, YouTube has both volumes of Kill Bill, but we’re putting the spotlight on the first one. Pride & Prejudice and First Man also made the list in April.

All of those films can be found among the Watch With Us team’s picks for the best free YouTube movies.

‘Kill Bill Vol. 1’ (2003)

Quentin Tarantino has arguably made better movies than Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, but few are more fun than his martial arts film/revenge thriller. Uma Thurman plays the Bride, the former lover of Bill (David Carradine), who used to be his No. 1 assassin. When the Bride abandoned Bill to marry someone else and leave her life of danger behind, he had her shot at a wedding party massacre that left her husband-to-be among the dead.

Years later, the Bride awakens from her coma with vengeance on her mind. The first two names on her hitlist are Vernita Green (Vivica A. Fox) and O-Ren Ishii (Lucy Liu), but she’ll have to go through the entire team if she wants a chance to finally murder Bill.

‘First Man’ (2018)

Given the success of Project Hail Mary, it’s a good time to revisit Ryan Gosling‘s previous outer space movie, First Man. This film is a dramatization of the life of Neil Armstrong (Gosling), the first man to step on the Moon. However, Armstrong didn’t simply cruise to the moon without being touched by tragedy in both his home life and during his training for the mission.

Even in the present, being an astronaut can be a dangerous profession. For Armstrong, the risks were even greater. Some of his friends didn’t make it out of astronaut training with their lives. Yet it’s a risk that Armstrong feels he has to take, even if it jeopardizes his relationship with Janet Armstrong (Claire Foy) and their two children.

‘Pride and Prejudice’ (2005)

We’ve lost track of how many Jane Austen adaptations there have been, especially the ones based on her novel, Pride & Prejudice. But it’s the 2005 film that we keep coming back to, largely for the performance of Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Bennet.

In the 18th century, most of Elizabeth’s sisters are looking to get married for financial stability and the ability to climb the social ladder. Elizabeth isn’t as eager to marry herself off, and she’s initially put off by Mr. Darcy (Matthew Macfadyen), a man who develops an attraction to her. Winning Elizabeth’s heart isn’t going to be easy, but this romance eventually finds its way.

‘Labyrinth’ (1986)

Muppets fans must have been shocked when they saw how dark Jim Henson‘s Labyrinth was in 1986. That may explain why it failed at the box office, but the film has become a cult classic over the last four decades. Henson’s creations are used throughout the movie, but the two primary performers, Jennifer Connelly and David Bowie, add depth to the film with their compelling performances.

Connelly plays Sarah Williams, a teenage girl who resents her infant half-brother, Toby (Toby Froud). That doesn’t mean she literally wanted the goblin king Jareth (Bowie) to snatch Tobey from this world. To reclaim her sibling, Sarah has a limited time to make her way through Jareth’s labyrinth. If she fails, her brother will become a goblin, and Sarah may never make it back to the human world.
