Internet personality Alix Earle is gearing up for her reality show debut after much speculation from fans.
“The show is in very early stages of development,” a source confirms to Luxury Handbag Shopping exclusively. No studio has been attached to the project just yet, a second insider shares, but it will follow Alix and her family.
“It will explore Alix traveling around the world for work and her family dynamic,” the first source adds.
Fans have been speculating (and hoping) that they’d get an inside look at Alix’s family life since she rose to fame through TikTok in 2022. As Alix became a recognizable name on social media, her family’s follower counts started to rise as well.
She’s the eldest daughter of Thomas “TJ” Earle, who is the VP of two New Jersey construction businesses, and Alisa Earle. The two also share Alix’s younger sister Ashtin, 22. Following TJ and Alisa’s divorce (they split when Alix was in third grade), he moved on with Ashley Earle. After TJ and Ashley’s 2013 wedding, they expanded their family. The couple share daughters Izabel, 12, and Penelope, 10, and son Thomas, 8.
Reality show rumors surrounding Alix and her family started in August 2023 before she announced the launch of the “Hot Mess” podcast.
Alix teamed up with Alex Cooper’s Unwell Network for the show, but they have since parted ways following some business-related drama. Production on “Hot Mess” has since come to a pause and in lieu of the show, Alix announced her involvement in the SipMARGS canned cocktail. However, recent social media activity has hinted that she will be relaunching the podcast with new episodes starting on Wednesday, June 25.
Alix is also gearing up to compete on the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars. She announced the news during a surprise appearance on Good Morning America last month.
“This is so surreal. I mean, I’ve always been a fan of Dancing With the Stars. I used to watch it when I was so young with my grandma,” she gushed at the time. “I was so in love with dance. When this opportunity came to me, it was like, ‘What can I do next? Where can I take this?’ I mean, I’m ready to challenge myself, I think it’s gonna be a lot of fun. It was a very obvious answer to say yes.”
She joked, “I would like to say I have some rhythm.”
