Alabama Barker’s music video for her new song, “Vogue,” includes some very special guest stars.
In the video, which dropped on Friday, December 13, Barker, 18, is missing in the first scene. However, she arrives in style alongside stepmom Kourtney Kardashian. The camera pans to the two women sitting in a limousine with their shades on. As the paparazzi approach the vehicle, the pair take off their glasses and fan $100 bills.
After growing tired of the flashing cameras, Barker and Kardashian, 45, roll up their tinted car window and flee the scene and the song begins. The video then transitions into a runway scene where Barker walks the catwalk and lip-syncs the words. As she struts down the path, she shows off her futuristic look which includes a skin-tight full-body suit that covers her hair and most of her body.
“Pretty bitch, I’m in that mode / Look like I’m fresh outta Vogue / I never do what I’m told / Back of the truck, it’s just me and my hoes / How bitches mad ’cause I’m chose?” Barker raps on the chorus. “Really, tell me, how? / To tell you the truth, I don’t know / But I know I ain’t goin’ broke.”
Alabama’s dad, Travis Barker, then makes a surprise cameo as he walks down the runway solo. The Blink 182 drummer, 49, rocks a half-unzipped jacket showing off his chest tattoos. Travis completes the look with black frames and a stoic expression as he stares down at the camera.
The music video flashes back to Alabama and Kardashian in the backseat of the limo goofing around. The duo make it rain several times as they dance to the track while having sweet smiles on their faces.
Travis shares Alabama with ex-wife Shana Moakler. The exes are also parents to son Landon Barker. Travis showed his support for his daughter after the video dropped. The musician reshared the photo of him on the runway which was posted on Alabama’s page first and shared the link to stream the song via his Instagram Stories.
Two months before the “Vogue” video dropped, Kardashian shared two silly selfies of her and Alabama while behind the scenes.
“Kourt & Bama ❤️,” Kardashian wrote via Instagram in October.
Travis and Kardashian tied the knot in May 2022. In addition to becoming a stepmother to Alabama and Landon, Kardashian also shares Mason, 14, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 9, with ex Scott Disick. Travis is also a father figure to Moakler’s daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 25. In November 2023, Travis and Kardashian welcomed their first child together, son Rocky.
Alabama and Kardashian have shared a strong bond over the years. In April 2023, Alabama penned a sweet birthday message in honor of Kardashian’s birthday.
“Happy birthday Kourt. You’re the best stepmom I could ask for, you are so caring and generous for others, you are such a family person and such a hard working mom,” Alabama wrote via Instagram Story at the time. “Even if you don’t feel good or had a hard day, you always put your family first. You have such a beautiful aura, I wouldn’t want another step mom.”
