Fresh off his X Factor stint, Styles reportedly dated British TV presenter Caroline Flack in 2011 — despite their 14-year age gap. (Styles was 17 at the time, Flack was 31.) "I'm not going to ever apologize for it because there was nothing at the time that was serious or bad and nobody was getting hurt," Flack told The Daily Telegraph in May 2015. "I've never met anyone as confident in my whole life but it never borders on arrogance."

Horan apologized in July 2012 after reportedly calling a group of female fans "a shower of c—ts" as he tried to make his way through Dublin Airport. The meltdown was all caught on camera, too. The young star soon backtracked, however, when one official reportedly responded that their security didn't know or care who he was. Payne apologized in January 2014 after he shared a photo of himself standing on the edge of his London apartment balcony, which was located on the 34th floor. "It was a stupid and irresponsible thing to do,” he tweeted after the incident. “I am sorry, and do not endorse any fans trying to repeat this, as it is extremely dangerous."

Tomlinson and Malik traded in their microphones for what appeared to be some pot on the way to a performance in Lima, Peru, in May 2014. A five-minute clip of the incident surfaced online, causing a stir with diehard One Direction fans. "Very controversial," Malik said in the video. Pointing to a policeman, Tomlinson added: "That's the po po. He's thinking, I'm sure I can smell an illegal substance in there, and he's hit the nail on the head."

Baby mama drama! Luxury Handbag Shopping confirmed in July 2015 that Tomlinson was expecting his first child with his stylist friend Briana Jungwirth. "Louis didn’t expect this, but he’s excited for it now," an insider told Us. "He’s become very close friends with Briana this year and now they are looking forward to being parents.
