Leighton Meester booked one of her earliest roles before she was even a teenager. When she was just 12 years old, the future star appeared in an episode of Law & Order, starring in the show's season 9 episode "Disciple."

Meester was still finding her style in April 2003, when she went blonde just after her 17th birthday. She hit the red carpet in Los Angeles for the premiere of Holes, pairing a cropped printed pink top with a shrunken athletic jacket, army green pants with ties, and low heels.

A Day's Work

The future CW star got a big break in 2005, when she booked a recurring role on 24. In her late teens at the time, Meester appeared in four episodes of season four as Debbie Pendleton, the girlfriend of character Behrooz Araz.

Meet Blair

The rising star quickly became a household name beginning in September 2007, making her debut as the Upper East Side princess Blair Waldorf in The CW's Gossip Girl. Starring alongside Blake Lively, the show was officially a hit.

Gone Bad!

Meester expanded her range in May 2009 when she worked with the band Cobra Starship. The actress lent her voice and her acting skills to the group's "Good Girls Go Bad," singing in the hit and appearing in the accompanying music video.

Worst Nightmare

Blair who? The Texas-native switched it up in 2011, going dark for the drama thriller The Roommate. Meester starred in the spooky flick opposite Minka Kelly.

Goodbye to All That

Blair Waldorf saw the last of the Upper East Siders on December 17, 2012, when Gossip Girl came to a close. The fan-favorite series aired its finale after five years and six seasons on air.

Broadway Baby

Meester found herself on the Broadway stage for the first time in 2014. The television and film actress booked a role in the revival of Of Mice and Men with veteran star Jim Norton, as well as James Franco and Chris O'Dowd.

Blair and Seth forever! A notoriously quiet couple, Meester and her love Adam Brody tied the knot in February 2014, a few months after the O.C. star popped the question in November 2013.

Meester went serious in 2014, nabbing a part in the star-studded big-screen drama The Judge. She appeared in the flick alongside Robert Duvall, who nabbed an Academy Award nomination for his part.
