When does Marquardt, 35, feel most beautiful? In mid-air! "[I love it when] I've performed a trapeze routine and done a really great job," she tells Us. "And even though I'm sweaty and nasty and gross from it, I just feel so accomplished and good."

For the most part, Marquardt and Wilkinson (along with Hef's third ex, Holly Madison) say they all got along while living in the L.A. mansion to tape E!'s The Girls Next Door. "But there was always moments where [it was], 'Oh, Kendra is late again.' You know, rolling the eyes, the irritation," Marquardt has said. "There was definitely some of that."

Wilkinson's favorite cheat snack? "I love going to the chips section of CVS or Walgreens," She told Us. "I'll grab all these different chips, and I'll open them all up in my car on the way home, and I'm like, "Ahh!"

"The word 'diet' is stupid and I don't believe it!" Wilkinson tells Us. Echoes 5-foot-5 Marquardt, who weighs 110 pounds: "It's a bad word."

How did Wilkinson prep for the photo shoot? By hitting the gym! "I do a 22-minute drill on the treadmill at a 15 percent incline, and then I do squats with weights and some situps," the reality star (wearing Rebecca jewelry) told Us. "It just hits my spots!"

Hugh Hefner was once critical of Wilkinson's weight (She's now 5-foot-4 and 115-pounds.) "We were in the limo with Hef," Marquardt told Us. "[Kendra] was like, 'I'm getting kind of fat.' And then Hef said, 'Yeah, there is a gym downstairs.'" Wilkinson told Us: "I was crying so bad."

"Before I came to the mansion, I'd been a soccer player. But then I got here, and there's a 24-hour kitchen with any food I could ask for," she told Us of gaining weight. "With all these beautiful women surrounding you, you're like, I want her stomach! I want her arms! That motivates me."

Marquardt can't wait for Wilkinson's June 27 wedding to Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett. "I'm supposed to walk her down the aisle!" she said at a press conference for her Travel Channel show, Bridget's Sexiest Beaches, which premieres March 12.

Wilkinson and Baskett -- who got engaged last December -- bond over their mutual love of sports. "During his off season, I want to do his workouts, like hitting the beach and running the dunes," the bride-to-be told Us. "Thank God I can throw a football! So we'll toss that around and do drills."

Though she was one of Hef's famous trio for five years, Wilkinson says she's now, "totally against his way of life, with three girlfriends and all of that." She told Us that she now prays before every meal with her fiance.

The last of Hef's Girls to move out of the Playboy Mansion, Marquardt says her peers will do anything to make the pages of the legendary mag. "Girls will do a lot to get into Playboy," she says. "They go to gym three or four hours a day -- crazy!"

Wilkinson -- who hates the gym -- told Us she tries to stay outside "being fun-busy."

When Wilkinson works out, she does it solo: "You need a trainer to kick your butt a bit. After that, it's a waste of money!" she told Us.

How does Marquardt stay in shape? "I'm cliff-diving, bobsledding, climbing -- [doing] all kinds of crazy stuff [on Bridget's Sexiest Beaches]," she said. Wilkinson prefers snowboarding and softball.
