The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Vicki Gunvalson may be suffering from the same parasite as former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville.
Gunvalson, 63, claimed on the Friday, July 25, episode of SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live” that loved ones have observed she has not been “the same” since returning from a 2023 vacation to Morocco for The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip with Glanville, 52.
“My stomach’s bloated, I don’t feel good. I feel tired,” Gunvalson said. “Where I’m at now is, I’m like, ‘Why do I always feel sluggish?’ I don’t go poop. Like, it’s very hard for me. It might be once a week, if that. It’s a pellet that comes out. That’s it.”
Gunvalson noted that she undergoes colonics treatment “three times a week” and was told her gut is “loaded with parasites.” The former Bravo personality explained that she takes Ivermectin — but it is allegedly “not killing” the parasite.
As she suffers from the health update, Gunvalson noted that Glanville is “in so much pain” and has a “very large parasite.” Gunvalson claimed that Glanville’s health is “100 percent” due to the Morocco trip, where she claimed they “all got sick.” Gunvalson alleged that there was a “beautiful” buffet every morning on the trip but was “covered in flies.”
“We all got sick when we went to Morocco. It’s been four years and Brandi’s face — she’s got a parasite. It moves. It goes into her mouth,” Gunvalson claimed. “It’s bad.”
Glanville has been dealing with an unknown medical condition for nearly two years. While detailing her health battle, Glanville exclusively told Luxury Handbag Shopping in April that she has spent thousands of dollars in an attempt to find answers and obtain adequate treatment.
“I’m out of funds. I’m out over six figures at this point,” she said. “I don’t have the means to go anywhere at this point. I’m online every day, going down a different rabbit hole. It’s exhausting. It’s all-consuming.”
Glanville alleged that she’s spent more than $113,000 to find a treatment outside of her health insurance plan, claiming she ran through Kaiser’s covered options.
“I just wanna find a doctor who makes it, like, his mission to help me,” Glanville said. “And not just me, [but] these other poor women who have been going through this for so long, and men, too. I’ve had a couple men reach out. I feel for them, like, I know exactly what they’re talking about and the pressure in their head, how they feel it’s gonna explode. … I’m at my wits’ end.”
