Today show cohost Dylan Dreyer and her estranged husband, Brian Fichera, have heavily discounted the asking price for their New York City condo following their split.

The exes have slashed $500,000 off their apartment’s price, according to a Realtor.com article published on Wednesday, September 3.

The former couple originally listed the two-bedroom, two-bathroom property for $2.49 million in November 2024. That price was subsequently reduced to $1.99 million. Selling at the lowered price would mark a loss for Dreyer, 44, and Fichera, 38, who reportedly paid $2.35 million for the apartment in 2016.

Built in 2008, the spacious unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, Battery Park views, oak wood flooring, a chef’s kitchen and dining room that can accommodate 10 people.

As well as the apartment’s features, the building itself has many appealing amenities.

The listing notes that the building features “an exceptional suite of amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, sky-lit indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s playroom, and a 7,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck complete with commercial-grade BBQs, a wet bar and private cabanas.”

Dreyer and Fichera, who share sons Calvin, 8, Oliver, 5, and Russell, 3, revealed their breakup via an Instagram post in July. The pair had been married since 2012.

“For many years I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows,” Dreyer shared via the post. “The ups and downs. And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between.”

The TV personality added that she was “incredibly grateful for the support and love” that her followers had consistently provided her as she navigated the ups and downs in her life.

“For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate,” she continued. “We began as friends and we will remain the closest of friends. Most importantly, we will continue to coparent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another. Thank you as always for your support.”

Dreyer and Fichera met and fell in love in the early 2000s while working at WHDH in Boston.  Dreyer was working there as an anchor while Fichera was employed as an in-studio technician.

“When he started working more, he’d hang out more in the Weather Center with our friend Todd. The three of us started hanging out more and more outside of work, building our friendship and getting closer,” Dreyer wrote on her wedding blog, per Good Housekeeping. “After a few years, we had a small party at Brian’s house which we dubbed the Jammy Jam. It was then that I realized I had totally fallen for him and from there it was history!”
