Pregnant Sienna Miller is reflecting on her romance with a younger man, Oli Green, who is 15 years her junior.
“I remember being 21 and auditioning to be the love interest of a 45-year-old man,” Miller, 44, told Grazia in an interview published Monday, March 2. “Things have moved on since then, but the idea of an older woman with a younger man, for example, is still fetishized rather than normalized — there’s a disparity there that I would love to see disappear.”
Miller began dating Green, 29, in 2022. She previously defended their age gap in a June 2024 interview with Harper’s Bazaar.
“There is a difference in the way that generation of men respect women,” the Alfie star said at the time. “It’s specific to him, he is very wise and well-adjusted, but I do believe it’s also that generation. They have grown up with a slightly more level playing field. I see it in his female friends as well as in the men.”
Miller, who first became a mom when she welcomed her eldest daughter, Marlowe, with ex Tom Sturridge in 2012, revealed that she froze her eggs at the beginning of her romance with Green because of the “pressure” to expand her family.
“Biology is incredibly cruel on women in that decade [of their 30s] — that’s the headline, or it certainly was for me. Then I got to 40 and I froze some eggs,” she told Elle UK in 2022. “Having been really focused on the need to have another baby, I’m just like, if it happens, it happens. That kind of existential threat has dissipated.”
In a November 2022 interview with British Vogue, Miller shared her plans to expand her family.
“I’d invested what felt like the important years in something that was just a bucket with a hole in it of a person. I wasted time. And I felt like time was really my currency,” she explained. “There was a lot of anxiety. Relationships hadn’t worked out — I imagined that I would be married with three kids, being a great mum.”
Miller and Green later welcomed their first child together in January 2024 — a baby girl whose name has not been publicly revealed.
Miller revealed her pregnancy with her and Green’s second child at the British Fashion Awards in December 2025, debuting her baby bump in a sheer dress.
“@siennathing is pregnant!” the Instagram account for Vogue Magazine wrote alongside Miller’s photo. “The star revealed she is expecting her second child at 43 with partner Oli Green at the #BritishFashionAwards this evening, in a @givenchy dress and all.”
