Bravo star Britani Bateman took a trip down memory lane while announcing another split from on-again, off-again boyfriend Jared Osmond.
“Goodbye Baby. You are loved 🦄,” Britani, 54, wrote via Instagram on Monday, February 9, confirming her breakup from Jared, 55, and sharing a video of someone of their sweeter times together.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City “friend” told her followers, “I’m walking away from something and someone I truly love. My heart is broken 💔.”
Britani, who has come under scrutiny for her ups and downs with Jared over the years, pointed out that she chose to make a video montage to “show the world our relationship.”
“For anyone who has wondered why I kept going back to Jared. There was real love there. ❤️,” she explained.
In the video, Britani highlighted the happy moments with Jared, including the pair singing Christmas carols and driving in a convertible on a road trip and belting out a different tune.
Britani featured one clip of Jared in the gym where she teased, “Look at those thighs,” as he worked out. Another moment showed the pair kissing and Jared telling his then-girlfriend, “You’re so beautiful.”
“Jared, goodbye,” Britani continued in the caption. “You’ll always have the most special place in my heart and you really were the love of my life.”
She confirmed, “I’m moving on. This time I’m dating myself 🤗#reallove #goodbye #broken #illalwaysloveyou #breakingup.”
In response to Britani’s split announcement, Jared exclusively told Luxury Handbag Shopping on Monday, “I was alarmed to see what looked like a eulogy to me today on her Instagram. I don’t truly understand her mindset. I love that girl. I’ll love her forever.”
Despite being taken aback by how Britani shared their breakup news, Jared said, “I want to bless her life. I want to love her and grow old with her and be a man that is there for her and her family and this is very heartbreaking to see yet again her run and due largely because of fear.”
He confessed, “It’s a little surprising for me to see that post,” claiming, “We had a disagreement and it always seems to end the same way.”
Jared added, “She really has been my best friend and it’s confusing. But I love her and wish her nothing but the best. She is such a good woman. I really thought we had big things on the horizon.”
Britani joined the cast of RHOSLC during season 5 of the Bravo series in 2024 and from the moment fans met her, her relationship with Jared was front and center.
Viewers had a front-row seat to their tumultuous romance, including the strain it took on Britani’s dynamic with her daughters — who have alleged that their mom prioritizes men over her children.
During season 6 of the series, which aired in 2025, Britani started doing therapy with one daughter to remedy the situation. She also took a break from Jared to focus on herself — but their relationship hiatus didn’t last long.
Off camera, Us exclusively revealed in June 2025 that Britani and Jared had called it quits, but were already working towards a reconciliation.
“Last week, Jared Osmond broke up with me for the very first time in two whole years,” Britani exclusively told Us at the time. “He broke up with me. It’s just a shocker.”
Britani claimed that days later, Jared “came begging back” by knocking on her window early in the morning.
Jared told Us at the time that he visited Britani “because she wanted to talk,” and confessed that he hadn’t “been all in” with their relationship.
Britani noted that she and Jared didn’t “want the same things” when they split over the summer.
“I gave him a list of what I need out of a relationship to make it work and he said, ‘I can’t comply,’” she claimed to Us. “I said, ‘OK, well, come back to me when you’re ready to.’ I’m single as of a week ago. I’m doing great. I’ve got my daughter with me. I’m focusing on my girls. What’s more important than that?”
Jared, meanwhile, pointed to RHOSLC as the catalyst to their troubles. “The show has been the biggest wedge. It’s been the hardest thing,” he told Us in June 2025. “I don’t want the fame of being a reality TV star.”
Despite the drama fans saw on both seasons 5 and 6 between the pair, Jared said he will “always love Britani.”
It is unclear when Britani and Jared rekindled their romance following Us’ chat with both of them — but they did share a very public kiss at 2025 BravoCon that November.
The following month, Britani shared a video with Jared on Christmas Eve as they sang carols together over the holidays.
Britani and Jared were still going strong to kick off the new year. The pair jetted off to Mexico in January and attended Park City Sundance Film Festival toward the end of month.
