After almost twelve years of marriage, Penelope Ann Miller is calling it quits with husband James Huggins.
According to a report by TMZ, The Artist star, 48, filed for legal separation in the Los Angeles County Superior Court last week.
Huggins is Miller's second husband. The actress was briefly married to Will Arnett, though the pair divorced after less than a month together in January 1995.
The Carlito's Way actress and Huggins wed in 2000 and have two children together: Eloisa, 12, and Maria, 2.
