It turns out that Donovan was featured at the same daycare center on the Parent Trap actress’ self-titled Oprah Winfrey show back in 2014, when he was just 3 years old.
During the segment, Lohan helped Donovan, who had speech delays, to articulate his feelings.
The "Heartbreaker" singer was arrested in Miami Beach early on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, on suspicion of drag racing, DUI and driving with an expired license. “I have a soft spot for him. He was just really sweet,” Lohan said on the show. At the time she was serving hours for shoplifting.
Lohan is currently serving community service as a result of her 2012 reckless-driving charges in Los Angeles. According to the New York Daily News, she has 125 hours to complete by May 28.
On Wednesday, Lohan took to Twitter to give the daycare center a shout-out, writing, “So happy to be finally helping out all the kids at @WeAreBCS – I just hope that I can make a difference to their lives.”
