Levi Johnston is getting ready to bare all.
"Team Levi is in the process of preparing for his Playgirl appearance," his lawyer Rex Butler tells Usmagazine.com. "He is in the gym six days a week for the next three weeks."
Butler said he wasn't aware of any "particular issue" in which the photos would appear, but the issue should be out "probably before the end of the year."
TMZ.com previously reported that the 19-year-old Johnston — who welcomed a son, Tripp, last December with Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol — wasn't sure whether to show "the front or the back."

In the meantime, Johnston – a high school dropout who quit his oil field job – can be found in a new TV commercial for the Wonderful brand of pistachios.
As Johnston cracks open a nut, a voiceover chimes in, "Now Levi Johnston does it with protection."
