Luxury Handbag Shopping reached out to Kyle for comment.

Kyle — the son of Todd and Julie Chrisley — has faced several run-ins with the law over the years. (Todd shares Kyle and daughter Lindsie, 36, with ex-wife Teresa Terry. He’s also dad to Savannah, 28, Chase, 29, and Grayson, 19, whom he shares with Julie. Todd and Julie are also the adoptive parents of Kyle’s daughter, Chloe, 12.)

In March 2023, Kyle was booked for “felony aggravated assault” and released after posting a $3,000 bond. Before a trial, prosecutors dismissed the charges — but court records did not reveal why the case was closed, TV Insider reported.

The next year, Kyle was arrested for aggravated assault. He and his wife, Ashleigh, have since sued Rutherford County and two sheriff’s deputies for $1.7 million for the arrest. In a statement to People in August, Kyle’s lawyer, Wesley Clark, said: “Our hopes for this lawsuit are accountability and change because no family should have to endure what the Chrisley family endured in this terrifying scenario.”

Kyle’s most recent arrest comes months after Todd and Julie were released from prison following a pardon by President Donald Trump. (Todd and Julie spent 28 months in prison after being convicted in 2022 of tax evasion and bank and wire fraud charges. They have maintained their innocence.)

“I’m ecstatic. Truly,” Kyle said in a statement to E! News at the time. “I just found out a little bit ago and I still just can’t believe it.”

Kyle noted that he’s hopeful about reconnecting with his family after admitting he hadn’t spoken to Todd in over a year.

“I know they can’t wait to get home and just be with family, and I’m going to remain hopeful that another reconciliation is possible,” he said.

Todd also praised sister Savannah, who had been advocating for Todd and Julie’s pardon. (Savannah was also Chloe’s legal guardian while Todd and Julie were incarcerated.)

“I know Savannah had been working at this for so long and she never gave up,” he added. “So I’m just grateful to her and to President Trump for making this happen for my dad and Julie.”

In September, Todd revealed that Kyle visited him “one time” while in prison.

“I did get an apology from Kyle,” Todd said during The Chrisleys: Back to Reality series finale at the time. “I was in a state of shock. He hugged me and went to the vending machine and bought me a drink.”

Todd claimed that he and Kyle “sat and talked” at the time. “He apologized for his involvement [and] for the things he had done,” he continued. “And he said, ‘If I could take them back I would but I can’t and I’m asking can we just pick up from here and move forward.’ And that wasn’t possible for me.”
